We are in the western Sicily, a place of great natural, archaeological and historical treasures, close to Palermo and the Zingaro Marine Reserve in San Vito lo Capo. From here you can also enjoy beautiful views of the Egadi islands, that you can visit with our Egadi Islands Boat Tour. Here below are the two itineraries offered for the Quad Tour in Segesta

TOUR OF 2H30MIN

​

Let's get on board the 4x4 Buggies, there are little differences from the classic quad bike especially about your driving comfort. The buggy has a large seat with backrest, sports steering wheel to ensure maximum control, no gear and simple driving and a covering to protect you by sun. Ok, now let's go! At first we will face a dirt path between the lush Sicilian orchards, there will be an opportunity to taste the delights of this land. We go on crossing a wood of connifers and oaks, enjoying some view of Sicilian landscape. From wood we drive along the Mediterranean scrub while beautiful species of birds, such as the Peregrine Falcon and the Kestrel fly above. Along this trail you can enjoy a unique view of the sea that goes from the Egadi islands to the Golgo of Castellammare. We finish with the view of the wonderful temple of Segesta in front of us (the access to motor vehicles inside the archaeological park is not allowed, the temple will be visible from a unique perspective from which we can admire all its majesty).

TOUR OF 3H45MIN

​

The 3h45min tour will take you to discover, in addition to the places described in the 2h30min tour, also the Thermal Bath of Polle del Crimiso. Here we will drive along the Caldo river until we reach a stop area. From here, we walk up to the river banks where will be possible to take a wonderful thermal bath, swimming in hot waters with a temperature close to 45 degrees, surrounded by a wonderful natural landscape made of oleanders, prickly pears, reeds and castor plants. The bath in the thermal is free. The tour incude also a stop at the Temple of Segesta and a tasting of typical Sicilian bread and sweets.
